How do I reset the password for the Hybrid PC DVR
- Hold ALT and press F2 to exit DVR software.
- Click start and then run on windows desktop.
- Input REGEDIT on Open→Run
- Look for HKEY_LOCAL-MACHINE/SOFTWARE/FLAG folder
- You will find "keyset" within this folder, double click.
- Set the value data to 0. This will change the User ID and password back

Nothing appears on the screen?
Check if the power to the camera and monitor is on first and check the voltage and the polarity. Check if the video out terminal of the camera and the video in terminal of the monitor are correctly connected. Check if the iris of the lens is open.

Why is the picture is blurry
Get rid of the dust on the lens and window. Adjust the focus of the lens. Adjust the contrast of the monitor. Normally a picture is clearer during the day than at night.

Why isn't the contrast clear?
Adust the contrast of the monitor. If a picture is too bright, change the angle or position of the camera. Check if the iris is on.

Why is the picture so dark?
Adjust the brightness of the monitor. Check if the iris of the lens is open. Check if the AGC setting is on.

The condition of the camera is not normal. It is too hot on the surface and there is black lines in the video.
Check the voltage and the polarity of the power to the camera.

Why is there an after image of a moving object
It is normal. It happens because the camera absorbs light to make a picture clearer when the level of the illumination is low.
